    Time is of the Essence by Glenn Smith

    Whenever we say goodbye

    What we really mean is farewell

    When we say farewell

    What we mean is goodbye

    One says ‘see you soon’

    The other says ‘when I see you next’

    If only time could tell them apart

    Then you would see how life is.
